“It’s tempting to tack AI on to an existing feature or product but I challenge you to consider using AI to solve real problems in innovative ways to do things you simply can’t with traditional software.
Take a step back to identify the most strategic & far-reaching problems to solve for where AI can truly act like a force multiplier in ways traditional software can’t.
That’s where the magic happens.”
Supriya at Grace Hopper Celebration 2024 - Unlocking AI’s Potential To Transform Personal Finance

Supriya on The ConversAItion podcast - Demystifying Personal Finance with AI
“As I rose as a leader, I found it to be an amazing opportunity to build and maintain structured interviews for PM & performance management. This is so important because it removes bias and brings objectivity.
Objectivity is achieved by not just having it written on paper but practicing it every day and reinforcing this with my leaders — [to achieve the equity we need to build the best products]”
